Recent Arrests

10/18/2004 --

On 10/17/2004 at 12:33am KPD initiated a traffic stop on Route 311. Driver, a 22 year old Ticonderoga Rd man, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument (Felony) after he allegedly produced a forged INS Resident Alien ID Card. Defendant was brought before Kent Justice Court and ROR to appear 10/21/2004 at 5pm.

On 10/15/2004 at 2:22am KPD arrested a 27year old Harvard Dr man. Defendant was charged with DWI and AUO 1^st Degree (Felony) subsequent to a traffic stop on Longfellow Dr.  Defendant was released after posting $100 police bail and is to appear 10/28/2004 at 5pm. 

On 10/13/2004 at 8pm KPD took custody of a 46 year old South 4^th Ave, Mount Vernon, NY man at a Yonkers Police Precinct.  Kent Cout had issued a Bench Warrant calling for his arrest after he failed to pay a fine in connection with a August 2001 conviction for DWAI Alcohol. Williams was brought before Kent Court and was remanded to the PCCF in lieu of $500 bail and is to appear 10/19/2004 at noon.
